SHIPPING

UniformWIZARD ships from various warehouses throughout the United States. We normal ship within 24 hours from receipt of order.

We normally ship our products by UPS Ground. If you require us to ship by any other method, please alternate shipping methods at checkout. At times, items are shipped from different warehouse, therefore you may receive multiple shipments.

International Shipments:
We ship our products by UPS whenever available. Shipments to Canada and Mexico travel UPS Standard Service and will be delivered in approximately 3 – 8 days from shipping date. All other countries serviced by UPS will be shipped by UPS Expedited Service and will be delivered in approximately 2 – 7 days from shipping date. If you require us to ship by any other method, please provide the information in the special instructions section before checking out on your order form.

Our Customer Service Representatives will be happy to provide shipping costs for International Shipments. All taxes, tariffs, duty and shipping costs are the responsibility of the international customer.

RETURNS and EXCHANGES

You may return any stock item, for any reason, within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange, excluding shipping and handling. Personalized items are returnable for product defects only. We only accept garments that have not been worn, soiled, altered, or laundered. Returns after 30 days may be accepted at our discretion and will incur a 15% restocking fee.

To insure proper credit to your account, simply call customer service at 888-999-4660 for a return authorization number and further instructions on where to return garments. A copy of the packing slip must be included with the return shipment.

NOTE: UniformWizard ships and accepts returns for several warehouses. Please be sure to return items only to the authorized warehouse.

All orders are charged/billed when shipped out and credited when received back in warehouse.
